3. User Responsibilities

The final delivered content is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. However, Bullet Point Freelancing retains the right to use any non-personally identifiable information or anonymized content for promotional, educational, or internal purposes.
By engaging our services and providing us with your personal information, you grant Bullet Point Freelancing a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and modify the information you provide to create your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or other related content. This license is strictly for creating the agreed-upon deliverables and does not grant Bullet Point Freelancing the right to use your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
5. Confidentiality

6.2 No Guarantees
Bullet Point Freelancing does not guarantee that using our services will result in employment, career advancement, or any other specific outcome. Our role is to assist clients in presenting their qualifications in the best possible light; however, many factors beyond our control can influence the success of a job application or career progression. As such, Bullet Point Freelancing disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
7. Termination of Services
7.1 Grounds for Termination
Bullet Point Freelancing reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms of Service by the client.
- Failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information necessary for service delivery.
- Engaging in disrespectful, unprofessional, or abusive behavior towards Bullet Point Freelancing staff.
- Any attempt to use our services for unlawful or unethical purposes.
- Non-payment or disputed payment of fees for services rendered.
7.2 Effects of Termination
Upon termination of services, any outstanding balances owed by the client to Bullet Point Freelancing will become immediately due and payable. If services are terminated due to a breach of terms or misconduct by the client, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Additionally, the client will no longer have access to any draft or final documents prepared by Bullet Point Freelancing, and the company will retain ownership of any materials created up until the point of termination. Termination of services does not absolve the client of any confidentiality obligations or other responsibilities outlined in these Terms of Service.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided by Bullet Point Freelancing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which ABC Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within this state to resolve any disputes.
